Nose: 
A delicate and alluring aroma unfolds, with floral and perfumed notes, reminiscent of white wine and citrus. Lemon sherbet, grapefruit zest, and sweet marshmallow mingle with hints of honey, herbaceous eucalyptus, and moss.
Palate:
The palate is light to medium-bodied, with a fragrant and zesty character. Fresh lime and bitter kumquat give way to creamy vanilla, cooling mint, and the warmth of heather honey. Walnut and vanilla notes persist, complemented by a spicy kick of chilli pepper.
Finish:
The finish is fairly short, with a peppery warmth that lingers. Bitter citrus, soft peat smoke, and subtle wood tannins add depth and complexity to the conclusion.
