The Ode To The Embers draws focus to a lesser-seen side of the GlenDronach Distillery. A peat-smoked malt, matured in Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, The Embers showcases the smoky side of the distillery; a nod to the days of yore when all malt from GlenDronach would have been peated. Natural colour and bottled at 48.4% ABV for a fuller sipping experience, one may find notes of raisin and smoked chocolate fudge on each sip.
