Family-owned: Godet is a long-running, family-owned Cognac house based in La Rochelle, France. Established in 1782, it is still run by the 15th generation of the family.
Special: Unlike most Cognac houses, Godet is still managed by the same family that founded it. This allows for the family's supreme cognac-making skills to be handed over the generations, making Godet Cognacs of uniquely fine quality.
Unique: Godet blends are known to be elegant with a great floral contribution to the flavor. The oldest barrels are used to age Godet Cognac Antarctica. Thanks to this very old wood, the cognac is not absorbing much of the wood tannin and remains clear.
Godet Cognac Antarctica is a unique cognac with a long history, and it is best enjoyed chilled, most often in cocktails.

Tasting Notes: Dried fruit flavors blend with sultana and orange blossom notes to create a lovely sweetness with hints of chamomile.
Delicately floral aromas of apple custard tart and golden raisin compote with a silky fruity-yet-dry medium-to-full body and a yellow plum pie, poached pear, and soft baking spice finish.
