Jameson Black Barrel Irish Whiskey is a special pot still whiskey-heavy version of Jameson, with a richer flavor profile than regular Jameson. It is aged in first-fill bourbon and sherry casks, giving it a strong sherried note. The nose is soft and smooth, with aromas of sweet barley, cereal, and fruit. The palate is also soft and smooth, with subtle spiciness and a pronounced fruitiness. The finish is smooth and balanced, with a big malty ending mixed with fruit and wood.
