Beam had the opportunity to have his stills unsilenced and his production reawakened through prohibition.

Nose:  Earthy notes and sweet sherry.
Palate:  A creamy mouthfeel with notes of dark fruits and spices followed by a hint of sweet butterscotch.
Finish:  Smooth with hints of dried fruits.
